Are you looking for ways to improve your game during the off-season? We might have just what you are looking for! The Davison Golf Academy has teamed up with Personal Fitness Trainer Terry Jones of the Davison Athletic Club to develop a golf specific fitness program.

Most Golf Professional agree that to improve your golf game you need to work on three specific areas: The mechanics of the swing, the mental side of the game and the physical side of the game. This program will focus on strengthening the proper muscles for golf, body balance and flexibility.

This unique program consists of one on one personal training with a certified personal trainer that have developed this golf specific work-out.
